How To Add A Subscription On SubscriptionBoss

Subscription Setup Pre-requisites

This procedure assumes that you have already set up the following items on Infusionsoft.

  1. a live subscription with a name and description (please note the ID, name, description, price and free trial period of the subscription)
  2. an action set that runs when a buyer orders the subscription (please note the ID of the action set)
  3. a “thank you” or upsell page where you want to send the buyer after ordering (note the full URL of the thank you page)
  4. an action set that runs when the buyer cancels – this action set will typically remove some tags, and email the user and email the administrator (please note the ID of the action set)
  5. an action set that runs on a payment failure – the action set will typically add and remove various tags and possibly email the user and the administrator (please note the ID of the action set)
  6. an action set that runs on a payment success – the action set will typically only do something if the member is in payment failure so typically you will have a rule associated with some or all of the steps in the action set (please note the ID of the action set)

We suggest that you copy the data items identified above in parentheses into a text file so you can easily cut and paste it into WordPress later.
