The first thing you need to do before you start the setting up process is to download the SubscriptionBoss plugin and check that it installs properly onto your WordPress site.
Installation Prerequisites
The need the following software on the web server where you intend to install the plugin:
- PHP 5.0.3 minimum – if required see installing PHP 5
- IonCube Loader 3.0 minimum – if required see installing IonCube Loader
- WordPress 2.8 minimum – if required see installing WordPress
Step 1.1 – Enter Your Domain
Go to the dashboard on the home page of this site and enter the domain where you want to install the plugin. e.g. www.yourdomain.com
Step 1.2 – Download the plugin
Go to the dashboard on the home page of this site and locate the plugin, and click the download link to download a zip file containing the plugin. Click that link and save the zip file to your deskstop.
Step 1.3 – Install the plugin
Go to your WordPress plugin dashboard and upload the plugin zip file to plugins folder. Wait while the plugin is uploaded then click on the Activate button
Step 1.4 – Check that the plugin installed correctly
Check that the SubscriptionBoss menu option appears on the left hand admin menu in your WordPress site.
Step 1.5 – Enter Your License Key
Your SubscriptionBoss License key appears on the dashboard on the home page of this site. Copy it carefully, and paste it into the License field on the SubscriptionBoss plugin settings page in your WordPress site. When you press Save , a green tick will appear alongside a valid License key and a red cross will appear if the license key is invalid or expired.
